Privacy policy

eraclaro MOPS · Operated by Ascoweb
Effective date: 11 October 2026

Scope

This notice describes eraclaro MOPS and its Google Ads connection. It does not replace eraclaro's customer storefront privacy notice.

Data accessed

After an authorized company representative consents, MOPS receives OAuth credentials and reads the approved Google Ads account identifier, currency, reporting timezone, advertising object metadata and performance metrics. Official Amazon advertising reports are imported manually by authorized staff. Customer email addresses, shipping addresses and order-level personal details are not required by these integrations.

Purpose and storage

Data is used for internal advertising review, attribution reconciliation and operating decisions. Credentials, original responses and database backups are stored on the designated company Mac in a restricted directory outside the synchronized project folder. The same macOS user and device administrators remain a trusted access boundary. Backups are local to the same device.

Access and disclosure

Named internal users receive scoped application access. OAuth credentials are not distributed to analysis clients or included in review packages. Redacted software evidence may be shared for technical review; original business reports require separate permission. Advertising account data is not sold or used for third-party advertising. Requests to Google's official API services use TLS verification through the computer's local network proxy.

Retention and deletion

Original reports and local backups have no automatic deletion schedule. Ascoweb retains them for audit and operational review. Contact management@eraclaro.com to request access, correction or deletion. Deletion includes relevant retained copies and backups under an agreed retention decision. Revoking Google access prevents future authorized retrieval but does not automatically erase already stored reports.

Your control

The company representative can revoke eraclaro MOPS in the Google Account third-party connections settings. The application owner can pause a connector or revoke internal access. The Google Ads OAuth scope includes management capabilities, but the current application permits only approved reads. Stopping MOPS does not stop advertisements already running on Google or Amazon.
